A few days ago I was talking to Cindy Claes about meditation and she advised me to try some exercises at home. I tested the meditation on strong feelings that made me feel sad and nervous. The exercice was aimed at removing negativity from my body and find a moment of calm and balance in and around me. The exercise required a bit of time but at the end I felt so much better, relaxed and motivated. Devoting that time to the physical and mental well-being was really worth it, and helpful. I recommend to everyone to know more about Meditation and to attend Cindy’s classes.
I felt so relaxed after the session. I am coming back next week!
We did a very simple exercice in class, which I tried later on during before an audition. It really helped me to shine and show my skills, even though I was under pressure. Loved it!
